The Pharm House provides a variety of immunizations including:

The Pharm House can create customized medications for each individual.

Some patients require custom dosages or a formulation tailored to their own preferences. Patient preferences may require medications without dyes, preservatives, or other substances commonly found in commercially produced medications.

The Pharm House can customize flavor of medications for your children.

The Pharm House can also customize your pet’s medications with flavors that make them easier to administer.

Don’t feel like heading out? As the Pharm House has grown our number of delivery patients have as well. To ensure that we are able to serve those in need the following is now necessary:

• Deliveries are limited to once per week, per address

• Full payment is due prior to delivery

• We will make one attempt to deliver medications. If you are not home to receive the delivery, the medications will be returned to the pharmacy for you to pick up at your convenience

• The intended patient must be available at the time of delivery unless previously approved

• All delivery requests must be called in by 11:00 a.m.

• Same-day delivery is available on a case-by-case, emergency basis only

• Deliveries will be made within 24 – 72 hours of request when possible

* We ask that if you are able to come to the pharmacy to pick up your prescriptions you do so; this will allow us to deliver to those who are truly in need. We are pleased to still be able to offer free delivery services on most Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. We would like to encourage all delivery patients to consider our MedSync program. This program allows us to fill a patient’s medications & deliver once monthly, benefitting the Pharm House, the patient, and others in Floyd County.
